What does your towing cover?

Killarney Towing covers Southwest Vic. We will travel outside this area to Southeast Victoria, Melbourne, Victoria and Interstate.
What distances do you tow?

Killarney Towing can provide towing services as short or as long as needed, whether it be 500m up the road, or 1500KM interstate.
Can I cancel a tow after it is booked?

Yes, you can cancel a tow. If we have already despatched the tow truck a refund will be given on a pro rata basis.
How soon can you get to me?

Generally, we can reach most areas of Southwest Vic within 90 minutes, anytime of day. However, upon booking a tow with us you will be given the ETA as provided by the driver.
How can I pay?

Booked towing can be pre-paid via a credit, debit card over the phone for jobs. We accept a credit card, debit card or cash payment or Afterpay.
What will the truck look like?

Killarney Towing utilises a network of sub-contractors whose trucks vary on look. The truck may or may not have 'Killarney Towing' branding, or stickers. If you are unsure of the origin of the vehicle contact Killarney Towing
Do you do interstate work?

We can go into NSW for transport work. For other interstate moves, we’ll help connect you with someone who can help.
